Agoraphobia is having a type of panic attack where you feel embarrassed or you can't escape from an area. It doesn't

Causes:
Experts aren't entirely sure what the exact cause of Agoraphobia is but most believe that they are psychological factors.
Symptoms:
Accelerated heart beat.
Rapid and shallow breathing (hyperventilating).
Feeling hot, flushing.
Upset Stomach
Trouble swallowing.
Breaking out in a sweat.
Nausea.
Trembling.
Dizziness.
Feeling light headed, as if one were about to faint.
Ringing in the ears.
Treatment:
Cognitive-behavioral therapy - Where a therapist sits down with the
patient to help them understand how thoughts and feelings influence behavior.
Exposure Therapy - Is a form of therapy where the patient is exposed to this/her fear in a safe, controlled environment.
Benzodiazepines - Medicine for short-term use, long term use is not recommended for long term use because it can become addictive.
General Public Perception -

what's happening with the person or what they are going to do.
